標題[閒聊] 某法學組網管說我們版面很不充實 充實他一下!

總之，為了充實版面以後我想盡量每天貼一篇有趣又簡短的英文案例
下面會附法律相關單字典,還有中文的大意
（PS單字翻譯部分只是依我理解的翻譯，有錯盡量糾正）
希望我們四年後英文可以保持！！

Anyways...以下：
A Drain on the Legal System
A North Carolina women Has sued the city of Raleigh and Lake county demanding
that they either drain her lake or buy it back from her.
Kristine Wallace, on her first real estate investment venture, purchased
eight acres of land for 12,500 (USD) last year at a public auction of
property with delinquent taxes. The "as is" sale is for land that is at
the bottom of a lake, something that is not in dispute.
Miss Wallace now is suing to have both the water and the wooden footbridge
(which conveyed with the property as part of an easement) removed, alleging
that the city is "trespassing" on the land by allowing residents to use the
footbridge for jogging and cycling. The lawsuit further claims that the
country is acting "malicious" by keeping the land flooded; another easement
that conveyed with the property stated that it was a flood-control lake.
All parties acknowledge that this is a case of first impression.
基本大意:
就是有一個女人買了一片防洪用的土地,那土地長期淹水,政府有蓋橋
提供附近居民慢跑、其車休閒。（橋是地役權一部分，作為防洪用地也是）
女人告了州政府，要求拆掉橋並且把水吸乾。
法律相關單字：
Delinquent taxes 到期未付的稅
Allege 宣稱
Trespassing 在此做為侵犯、侵占
Malicious (intent) 惡意的
Easement 地役權
Convey 轉讓
Case of first impression: a case in which a question of interpretation
of law is presented which has never arisen in any reported case
（中文應該可以叫做法律／案例先趨吧）
