Hello BBC:

  I am a long-term reader of BBC, here to express some informations that BBC
may incautiously lose about the news:
"Taiwan taekwondo athlete in Asian Games sock sensor row".

  I am a taiwanese who has the identity that may cause BCC judge that I am not
neutral enough in this event. But honestly as a human that tries to be fair,
I am sorry to bother BBC to inform you some key-clues.

  The dispatch which the committee released has some points that are, with
large possibility, wrong.

Point 1:
  The use of the word ”extra sensor” is totally a word-misusing. The female
competitor Yang Shu-chun didn’t use “extra sensor” or anything which
trespasses the rules. What she wore were the sensors of “old type”. Right,
there are two main manufacturers in the world which produce the sensors(BBC
may already knew it). Yang Shu-chun wore the old kind which is also qualified
by the world kickboxing committee. The most important here is no “extra”.

Point 2:
  Before coming back to the competition field, there must be an inspector who
will check every competitor who intends to go back the field for make sure
the fairness. Initially what were on her feet were the new-type sensors. But
unfortunately the new-type ones didn’t perfectly fit her size of feet. The
smallest size of new-type ones that the manufacturer produces is still a
little bigger than hers, which led the “bad response of sensors” So she
changed hers to the old-type which is “definitely” also qualified in every
formal competition. Then, before she went back to the field, in formal
procedure, the inspector checked her sensors to see if these are qualified,
and the inspector signed his name on the checking list for the purpose to
show that the fairness was intact. The inspector did it, did it. Why, when
there was just 12 seconds to the end of game, the referee stopped the game?

  There are , I believe , many details that BBC could investigate. Here I, who
is some kind of representation of some people who have impulse to know the
truth, plead BBC for report further for truth that represents the sportive
life of Yang Shu-chun.
