精華區beta BLAZERS 關於我們 聯絡資訊
Oct. 23, 2003 Jason Quick joined us on Thursday, Oct. 23 to answer your questions about Derek Anderson's injury, Vladimir Stepania's signing and more. Listen to the entire chat below: 1.What's your view on Vladimir Stepania? Quick's take: "He's certainly better than Ruben Boumtje Boumtje." 2.How much will Stepania play? What kind of an impact will he have? Quick's take: "He'll be an adequate rebounder and an adequate defender." 3.What is Derek Anderson's mindset like right now? Is his back really hurting, or is his ego bruised? Quick's take: "He didn't think he'd lose his starting job, but indeed he has." 4.John Nash hinted a trade is in the works. Are the Blazers interested in trading Derek Anderson to Houston for Eddie Griffin and Cuttino Mobley? Quick's take: "I think they're open to trading anyone, with the exception maybe of Zach Randolph." 5.On the bubble: Jerald Honeycutt, Tracy Murray and Ruben Boumtje Boumtje. Who stays? Who goes? Quick's take: "Cheeks wants to keep all 14 (players); Nash wants to get down to 13." 6.How did the big lineup look against Phoenix? Did Rasheed look to exploit his mismatch on the offensive end? Quick's take: "(The Blazers) really controlled that game because they were a bigger, more physical team. " 7.What style of offense will this team employ? Quick's take: "This team is predicated on scoring advantages." 8.Will a lack of depth be a problem for this team? Quick's take: "They will have 10 guys who are probably deserving of playing time." 9.Can Zach Randolph average 20 points and 10 rebounds? Quick's take: "I think he will be the team's leading scorer this season." 10.Cheeks is very critical of his backup players in the media, but isn't as hard on the stars. Is there a double standard? Quick's take: "If I have one criticism of Maurice, it's that he overprotects his (star) players. He rarely calls out a Bonzi or a Rasheed." -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.74.86.75
