There may be a "no foul-out" rule in effect for 2003. On the seventh and
successive personal fouls committed by an individual player, the penalty will
be one free throw plus possession to the team shooting the free throw.

Free throws are shot on the 10th team foul each quarter, unless the foul is
committed by a player with more than six fouls.

All games begin on the hour or 10 minutes following the conclusion of the
previous game, whichever is latest.
