We had a photo shoot with Smash Hits magazine, which started at 9am in a studio
 in central London. It was a bit of an early start for us. We had to dress up
in loads of different outfits and we had blue paint splattered all over us,
which was quite fun. It was also chucked all over the wall behind us and then
we had blue latex put on our faces so that it looked like paint too. That will
be going in the next edition of Smash Hits magazine. We had an interview and
just messed about a bit. It was quite funny!

We had a chat to talk about the latest single and stuff like that.

At 1pm, we came to Virgin offices and did an acoustic rehearsal with Lorraine
who's the lady that sang on our last single 'Too Close'. There was also another
 girl, a guy who played the drums and another guy on guitar. We went over our
new single 'If You Come Back' a few times and another song called 'Longtime'
which we're working on at the moment and is on our album. That rehearsal
lasted all day and we finished at around 6.30pm.
