Sunday 7th October 2001

Today we were on T4 and it was the first time we had been in their studio,
because we normally do interviews and performances with them everywhere else
but the studio. We performed 'If You Come Back' and then had a chat with June
Sarpong and Vernon Kay. We were there from about 1pm until 3.30pm.

In the evening we went and had rehearsals for the show we were going to be
doing for Showtime at the Millennium Stadium. We were rehearsing a song
called 'Something's Coming' from Westside Story, which we will be performing
at the concert on 20th October 2001. We were just running through our vocal
arrangement.
