標題Re: [情報] 蓋德抗議裁判, 吃兩黃牌輸球

以下是蓋德在 Facebook 裡回答球迷的關心...(原文一字不改, 即使有拼字錯誤, 我只加
一點顏色.)
Hey Guys, well, I did hope I could give you better news today. Unfortunately
I lost my match today against Boonsak Ponsana (Thailand). Boonsak started off
very fast and put a lot of pressure on me. I had to catch up with him and try
and get control of the match. I didnt play my best game today.
I could feel the match from yesterday - but I started to fight my way into
the game and in the second Boonsak also started to fade a bit, I took control
and got the second set.
In the third set it was very close and I got a lead of 11-10 by the change.
Then the next rally became a very important point as I had a bad call on the
backline - clearly a wrong call from the linejudge - I was off course
unsatisfied and without hesitation the umpire gave me a red card !!
And not only did I lose 1 point - she also gave an extra point to Boonsak
as a penalty - I got the yellow card in the first game - the same - a bad
linecall and a yellow card..
actually this is my first red card in my career
- 26 years :) - But it c......ame at a very bad time in the third set and
suddenly it was 11-12 to Boonsak, clearly a blow for me after I had fought my
way back into the match.
I tried to come back and then at 14-17 she overuled a smash from me on the
line - clearly a very bad call again ! This is no excuse and normaly I dont
complain about the umpires - Boonsak played very well and I did lack a few
percent today, but I sti......ll gave everything and came very close and did
have a very good chance but I feel I had to play 2 opponents during this
match.
Any way - thats what happens sometimes. Off course I'm dissapointed - I had
a good draw and I would really have liked a semifinal here but that wasn't to
be. Next up is Japan Open Super Series next week and hopefully I can fight
back and to...... a good result there. Thanks for your support and hopefully
