* Pitchers can now be set in 7-day lineups
* In the Player Strategy screen, you can now lock players into
a specific lineup position, for example if you want a certain
minor leaguer to absolutely learn one position.
* Player development has been further tuned
* AI has been further tuned
* Play-by-play and news stories enhanced
* When 'owner controls budget' is disabled, then cash is factored
into money available for extensions
