   好像是抽plasmid的過程而稱呼之吧

    mini prepare的簡稱
    plasmid DNA的小量抽取

  miniprep是用來抽微量DNA的column, 若抽大量的話則是用midiprep

  至於詳細的內容問一下專門賣分生用品的公司都有相關的資訊...
