抽RNA時,抽total RNA,不要抽mRNA
這是第一個想到的念頭

用reverse transscriptase(如Life公司的superscript-2) 把total RNA
做成cDNA probe，再去做reverse northern blot ，
不知道可不可行說.....
或改用RPA看看吧.............
