請問一個關於輸血的問題

想請問一下各位學醫學前輩門
A型血的人血液內不是有抗原A與抗體A
B型血的人則具有抗原B與抗體B
而他們各自擁有不同的抗原及抗體所以不得輸給不同血型的人血液
否則會產生排斥嗎?
那為什麼O型血的人雖然無抗原A亦無抗原B又同時具有抗體A與抗體B
卻可同時輸血給A型血與B型血的人呢？
難道在輸血給A型血液時O型人血液內的抗體B不會與A型人血液內的抗體A發生排斥嗎？

還是僅有抗原會產生排斥效應而抗體不會呢？

Blood type        antigen of RBC     Serum Antibody

    A                   A                Anti-B
    B                   B                Anti-A
   AB                  A & B             Neither
    O                 Neither          Anti-A and Anti-B


Basically, you can't have the same antigen on ur RBC as ur serum antibody
this is the same for donor and recipient.  If donor gives A RBC to recipient
B, then anti-A of recipient B will attack A RBC from the donor (vise versa).
As for blood type O (the universial donor), then have no antigen on their 
RBC, so it can be donated to A, B, or AB recipient.  On the other hand,
AB is universial recipient, that's because AB has no serum antibody to 
attack (A antigen and/or B antigen).  I believe donor's serum is taken out
before transfusion, so there'll be no cross-reactivity.  Correct me if

  不....是因為在輸O型血時（指的是少量），O型血清中含的抗體，很快就會被稀釋，
（因相對百分比很小），故不會有凝結產生。因此，若是做大量輸血時，最理想的血型，
  還是自己的血型，O型血並非萬能的。
  而若輸A型血給O型人，則因被輸血人內含的是大量的A抗體（量遠大過輸進去的紅血球
  量），因此，才會產生排斥反應....

  其實只要不是自體的血~~輸入到另一個體都會產生antibody~~即使是同血型的血
  也不例外....且~~主要是產生凝集..而不是antibody- A和antibody-B產生排斥~
  是antigen和antibody產生凝集~~

  一般輸血血量不大  即使手術中也很少超過1L  所以O型血輸入A或B型人體中已被稀釋
  所以引發反應不大  就是說輸血量太大還是不行

這一個列表是完全正確的，
重點應該是......
輸血的時候並不是輸全血
而是只保留血球的部分
關於血型的抗原，是存在於血球上的
抗體則是在血漿中
舉例來說，當我們把A型血輸入A型人體時
輸入的血球只有A型抗原，而A型人體中只有B型抗體
故不發生反應
若將O型的血輸入任何一種人體中
因為O型血球並無任何抗原
不管進入的人體血漿中含有何種抗體都不會反應
但除了O型血球以外的血球都帶有抗原
而O型血漿中有兩種抗體，故都不能輸給O型的人
