stop here! you should not compare fractions between lanes, especially
the higher molecular weight area. Inter-lanes comparision is easy to
discriminate that they are from different treatment group, and that's
the key of their experimental design.
Being a scientist, learning to make judgement by yourself is important.
It's a godd chance to practice.....haha...I wrote in English because i
hope that these Mainland scholars who raised the issue could read it!
