念papper 不知道這個語詞是什麼意思 subtraction library
The cDNA of the IPO gene was isolated from the subtraction
library of sweet potato, and its expression was induced
by the application of mechanical wounding and methyl jasmonate
(MeJA)
不知道哪裡可以查一些術語
..程度不好 光搜尋也找不到
可以代為解釋嗎

意思是說IPO這個gene平常表現量低(或是根本不表現)
利用 mechanical wounding and methyl jasmonate來induce 馬鈴薯中IPO的表現之後
用subtraction的方法:
(cDNA of induced IPO) - (cDNA of normal)
相減之後，IPO的cDNA會被enriched，變的較原先容易純化。
