不好意思，因為一樣是關於Lipofectamine 2000的問題，
所以直接用原來的標題。
它給的protocol上面寫說，
for plasmid transfection, high cell density (90-95%) to minimize cell death.
可是在RNA transfection 那邊，
寫說tranfection condition 的cell denisty是30-50% confluent。
為什麼一樣都是Lipofectamine 2000，
RNA transfection 的時候只要30-50% confluent 就夠了，
可是plasmid 卻要90-95%才能 minimize cell death？
我試過大概70%以下就會死很多細胞，
如果是Lipofectamine的原因，那RNA transfection的時候，
細胞不是死光光了嘛？
為什麼RNA transfection就不用90-95% confluency
來 minimize cell death 呢？
