大意就是說
在nme宣佈blur復活之後的24小時後
有人在千囍橋上貼了30 feet長的"out of time"的歌詞
"And you've been so busy lately / That you haven't had the time /

但未署名不知道是誰貼的 很多上班族和遊客都看到了
