如果棄牌堆最上方為人物卡(不是採集工)
則執行該作用，並放置1個指示物在沙漏上。
當沙漏上有3個指示物時，棄置沙漏。
Take the action of the top card from the discard stack
if it is a people card(not the Gatherer). And place one marker on the Hourglass.
When the Hourglass has three markers, discard the Hourglass.
想請問這樣的工具對使用者到底有何幫助(最後還得棄置沙漏 這個工具)
或者是我誤解意思了
