Sergeant Goodley的能力 (吹哨子拉近人) 到底是怎樣？
總共要把其他角色拉靠近自己3步，是剛好3，不是1~3，也就是可以拉1個角色3步；
2個角色1隻1步，另一隻2步；或著是拉3個角色各1步。
「拉近」到底怎麼定義？使用完Goodley之後，被「拉近」的角色結束時的位置，
必須比被「拉近」前更「靠近」Goodley，「靠近」即是距離變短，距離則是以需要移動
幾步來界定，考慮障礙物。
因此，在拉近的過程中，有可能距離會不變，只要最終拉完的結果，距離有變短即
可。舉例來說，被拉之前距離是5，拉完3步後距離變3，(拉的過程中，距離變化為5->5
->4->3)，這樣是可以的，並不需要每一步都有將距離嚴格拉近。
以上是較容易出現爭議處，這邊附帶提幾點，拉其他角色時，皆不會考慮其特殊能
力，但Watson是例外。也就是不能拉著Miss Stealthy穿過障礙物，但拉Watson時，需要
決定Watson的燈照方向。拉其他角色時，不能藉著下水道移動。不能藉由拉其他角色，使
該角色進行指控傑克的動作。

character started on.

因為這就是玩的時候 最常搞不清楚 最常會有人argue的點 因此就提出來
在例子中 一邊是5 一邊是4 往5的那邊拉是可以的
只要結束時 他離Goodley有變近即可
唯一限制是拉的過程不能經過同一格兩次
(不能拉了第1步後 第2步拉回原處 第3步再拉近)
