修改部份解釋
Page  1, lower left picture: caption with new wording
Page  9, placing of new forum tiles in the provinces: clearification
Page 10, chart upper left side: new condition for VPs. Each Trajan tile
         on the action circle gains 1 VP.
Page 11, a note has been added to clearfiy The extra action tiles“
Page 12, Summary oft he game“, last chapter End oft he game“, a new item
         has been added (1 VP for each Trajan tile on the action circle).

Page 1:左下角圖上的說明文字修改(不影響)
Page 8:補充新的forum tiles到各省時,沒有forum tile也沒有將軍和外交官的省份才補
Page 10:計分新規則：遊戲結束時玩家板塊action circle上每個Trajan tile加1分
Page 11:新增註解說明extra action tiles:當玩家因為建築而得到extra action時,也
        可以活化你同種類的extra action tile
        ＃所以可以因為建築得到extra action,活化extra action tile,再活化+2,總
          得到3個(同種類的)extra actions。
Page 12:同Page 10說明。

結論：遊戲結束時玩家板塊action circle上每個Trajan tile加1分。
