Boyzone singer turned band manager and TV personality Ronan Keating appears to
have suffered a wrenched neck after being mobbed before a concert.
The deranged fans rushed through security guards, leapt onto the stage and
grabbed the Irish singer at Britain's Newcastle Arena stage.
Ronan emerged from the scrum after security intervened grimacing with his head
tilted to one side and, although the concert went ahead, the singer continued
to rub his neck throughout the gig.
"These girls just went crazy," says a member of the audience. "Ronan looked
flustered and in pain."

As you may have heard, Ronan was mobbed by excited fans as he took to the stage
in Newcastle. But don't worry, we're reliably informed 'he's got scratch on his
neck but a smile on his face! He's fine'.
