以下是我從網路上找到的一小則介紹，關於約翰藍濃單飛後，與他的妻子小野
洋子成立一頗富實驗性的樂團《Plastic o-no Band》塑膠小野樂團，這張同
名專輯裡頭的一首歌是我非常非常喜愛的，叫做Isolation，喜愛的程度甚至
超越披頭四時期的任何一首歌，而Pink Floyd的前團員Roger Waters 也聲
稱這首歌是他此生最愛的歌曲之一。
我嘗試翻譯以下的簡短專輯介紹，可能翻得很差，但還是希望可以由此介紹給
大家知道。

音樂性來談，多變化的如搖滾、通俗以及真誠的民謠等元素，藉由藍濃縈繞於
心頭的嗓音及旋律優美的才華給繫在一塊。感激十足的是，在這些歌曲的背後
有著不受時間影響的親密感及深入人心的意義，透過Mobile Fidelity極端
熟練的類比製作，最終得以揭示眾人。
關於Isolation這首歌
以下就是我最鍾愛的那首Isolation，歌詞似乎講述了約翰藍濃和小野洋子堅
持反戰理念，成為行動家之後，不受眾人理解甚至披頭四的其他團員也不願接
納小野洋子的那個時代背景，藍濃把那種疏離感都唱進了這首歌，他覺得自己
即使已經被全世界崇拜，但還是常感到害怕、恐懼。他曾想改變這個世界，但
太多的曲解讓他終究還是回歸到單單身為一個人類的渺小，即使他已預見世界
會擴張到成為一個小村落(所謂的地球村)，但最後他還是只能成為這個瘋狂世
界的犧牲品罷了。
這首歌無論在內涵或者結構上都蘊含著濃厚的疏離、絕望氣息。從每一段都由
一個Isolation來作為間隔，就可得知John Lennon當時單飛後的整個心路歷
程。這首歌的旋律看似清淡，情感反而濃烈，值得一再咀嚼品嚐。
