評選＆推薦原則
1.因為本版是以英國的音樂為主，所以這裡也以英國團為主，其中，有少數
是簽在英國獨立廠下的美國團，或是在英國大受歡迎的團體。
評選的範圍則以 90 年代的專輯為主，否則年代太過久遠，大家較不認識。
2.不能太流行...，流行的作品通常我的評價都不高，覺得不耐聽，容易膩，
或是容易有似曾相似的感覺。像 The Verve 的 Urban Hymns、MSP 的
Everything Must Go、Suede 的 Coming Up...就不會進入我的榜單。
因此，像 Oasis 我會偏好第一張，Portishead 我會偏好同名專輯，
