Live Forever, a documentary examining the glory days of Britpop in the 90s,
is being released to UK screens on 14 February. Directed by John Dower,
the film traces the development of the so-called Britpop phenomenon,
from the Stone Roses' seminal performance at 1990's Spike Island gig,
through Massive Attack, Blur, Pulp and Oasis, to the cynical
bandwagon-hitching tactics of New Labour. Talking head contributions
include Peter Mandelson, Oswald Boeteng, Louise Wener, Jarvis Cocker,
Damon Albarn and the Brothers Gallagher.
The inevitable soundtrack album is also out in February.
