Lukas Podolski's agent to meet Roma to discuss move from Koln
The former Bayern Munich striker "wants to try a new experience" and he would
be a good fit at the Italian club, explained the German international's
representative
Roma are interested in signing striker Lukas Podolski from Koln in the
summer, according to the player's agent.
Riccardo Sarti has revealed that he will meet with the Italian club's
sporting director Walter Sabatini 「soon」 to discuss a move for the
25-year-old.
「Lukas wants to try a new experience,」 he told La Signora In Giallorosso on
Monday. 「He would be an ideal reinforcement for Roma. He's quick, precise
and excellent technically.
「The Giallorossi certainly like him and for that reason I will soon be
meeting with Walter Sabatini.」
Podolski, formerly at German giants Bayern Munich, joined Koln in 2009 and
has a contract with the Bundesliga club until June 2013.
