標題[閒聊] 課本總是會出現一些有趣的東西

以下要講的東西完全不會扯到德國球隊
我也不知道為什麼...不過念書念一念看到這東西真的讓我笑得半死
話說很久以前在管理學課本裡面曾經看到NBA馬刺隊的教練介紹
(你沒看錯是管理學課本 原文的...)
今天為了應付教授突如其來的說要小考開始猛K另一本原文課本
密密麻麻的書大概要唸300多頁 整個就是個囧
唸一唸念到第五章在講公司的資源和能力整合 (這本書叫策略分析......)
然後就突然看到旁邊的附錄
通常那種舉例的附錄我就直接跳過去了啦 都是在講某公司怎樣怎樣
不過這個附錄的標題是--
" Star Players and Team Performance in European Soccer "
天啊!!!!當場是個大笑XDD 什麼鬼啊~~~~
馬上繼續看 旁邊有兩個表格
一個是表現最佳的球隊 一個是花最多錢的球隊 ="=
然後先看內文...
The Relationship between Resources and Capabilities
Possibly the most difficult problem in developing capabilities is that we
know little about the linkage between resources and capabilities. ......
Across all sports there are examples of
highly paid, star-studded professional
teams who perform poorly and champion teams conspicuous by the absence of
superstar players.
看到這邊先大笑一番XDDD 馬上想到足球!! 然後還有
...In European football (soccer), some of the most expensive teams of the past
10 years
(Chelsea, Inter-Milan, and Lazio) have under-performed compared with
teams built on far more modest expenditures.
我覺得主要是那個 "perform poorly" 實在寫得太有感覺了XDD
還有很殘酷的被作者挑出來的那三支球隊真可憐 (還是繼續大笑)
然後我覺得很奇怪的是 Best performing teams 沒有我家大拜也就算了
怎麼連 Biggest spending teams 都沒有啊 @____@
總之雖然一支德甲的球隊都不在裡面 但是整個是個很好笑XDD
把表格PO出來好了雖然有點多......(天音:還有時間在做這種事情嘛...="=)

Strategy Capsule 5.4 Star Players and Team Perfromance in European Soccer
Since the early 1990s, expenditures by leading clubs on acquiring players
have rocketed. Prior to 1994, no player had been transferred between clubs at
a fee exceeding $20 million. After 1999, transfer fees for top players
regularly exceeded $50 million. The table below shows the three best
performing teams in Italy, Spain and the UK over the period 1998-99 to
2002-03 and their expenditures on transfer fees.
