The SPICE GIRLS are to release their as-yet untitled third album
on November 6
And the girls claim they are back stronger than ever after
pursuing their solo interests.
"We are stronger after being apart for a while and we're very
happy to have been back together in the studio," said Mel C.
"This strength will show on this new album, which I think is
our best yet."
The album, provisionally titled 'Third Time Around', has been
recorded over the last 14 months in London, Los Angeles and
Miami with producers including Rodney Jerkins, Jimmy Jam and
Terry Lewis.
In this week’s record release news, Mel C‘s latest solo
single, 'I Turn To You' was among this week’s hotly-tipped
new releases, and is expected to follow her last three singles
into the Top Five. She will be up against pop queen Janet
Jackson, with her comeback single 'Doesn’t Really Matter'.
Embrace release 'I Wouldn’t Wanna Happen To You' as excitement
mounts around their Carling Weekend appearances at Reading and
Leeds, while Paul Weller‘s latest offering 'Sweet Pea, My Sweet
Pea' is out in advance of his shows at V2000 and Glasgow Green.
