Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham, has secured the highest-paying newspaper serialisation deal ever for her autobiography.
Posh is to get ￡800,000 for the serial, on top of the ￡1 million she was paid as an advance on her book.
Her deal has trumped Robbie Williams, who is only being paid ￡800,000 as an advance on his book.
The two pop stars are being seen to be in direct competition after Williams announced he was going to release his book a week after Beckham's in September.
