MC Creed was undoubtedly the first voice of the UK Garage scene.
His Unique lyrical content and his unmistakable tone are now his trademark.
He has become the benchmark for all MC's who have since come on to the
UK Garage scene.
Creeds career began back in 1991 at one of London's founder garage nights
'Wildlife' @ Laceys, playing alongside the likes of Norris 'Da Boss' Windross,
Dominic Spreadlove and Daryl B. In 1993, Creed took up a residency for the
'Spreadlove' project at the Gass club, as well as working at clubs such as
Cafe de Paris, The Park and Oceans. Since then, Creed has gone from strength
to strength becoming one of the UK's leading and best loved MC's.
Creed has worked extensively throughout Europe, having worked in Ibiza,
Tenerife, Madrid, Amsterdam, Switzerland and Australia to name but a few,
his summer of '99 included fifteen dates in Aiya Napa [Cyprus], working for
all the major nights.
Creed is Currently resident for the famous nights 'Pure Silk' & 'Twice as nice'
, held at the End Club in London, also holding residencies at Club Storm
(Leicester Square), The Venue [Ilford] and Time and Envy [Romford]. He is also
found at la Cosa Nostre and the list goes on.
'Vocal Fusion', the leading vocalist management co. was created by Creed in
1997 with the vision of giving other UK vocal talent, the opportunity to make
an impact within the industry, managing MC's and singers.
In 1999, Creed brought this once Underground sound to the masses when he had
two top 40 hits with Da' Click 'Good Rhymes' which he performed live on top
of the pops, and 'We are da Click'. These culminated into a thirty date tour,
supported by Another Level.
His unique style has put Creed at the top of the tree, being the current award
winning 'MC' [underground garage awards]. He is most definitely in a class of
his own.
