廢版的條件：
1.超過一個月無廣告以外的本站文章發表
2.看版與原來申請的目的不符合
3.由全體版主經看版使用者同意申請廢版
4.一年內被列入兩次待廢者，第三次直接廢除。
5.被廢除之看板半年內禁止申請相同類型看板。
將EricMoo看板廢除並將精華區移入Buzz_Theater之精華區中
