developed technologies.Through many wars, especially against their archenemies,
the bugserians, they learned to build powerful defense units.They try to avoid
combat and prefer to infiltrate and use sabotage to get rid of their enemies
by using well-trained spies and secret agents.Noberian secret service offers
them the ability to gather enemy technologies and an efficient sabotage system.
The only noberian weakness is their low efficiency of their conventional
weapons.
