  台北時間7月28日，

  據澳大利亞《墨爾本時代報》報導，

  美國男籃夢十隊在倫敦召開的一場大型媒體記者會，

  吸引了來自世界各地上百位的記者前來參加，現場一度被擠得水洩不通，


  美國隊球星 Kobe Bryant 甚至開玩笑地說，這種場面和東京的地鐵站有的一拼。


  採訪中，Kobe 還透露自己在本屆奧運會上最關注的運動員

  是英國本地最出色的場地自行車女車手 - Victoria Pendleton。


  Kobe 說道 :

  "她是5屆世界冠軍，這也是她的最後一屆奧運。

  所以我想親眼看到她得到第6個冠軍。那一定會是一件很酷的事情。"

  When asked if there was another athlete

  he specifically wanted to watch at these Games,


  Bryant paused, then offered:


 "Yeah, Victoria Pendleton actually.


  She's the sprinter, cyclist, five-time world champion.

  This is her last Olympics.

  I would love to go see her and try and get her sixth.

  That would be pretty cool.")


  現場還有記者問了一個比較敏感的問題：

“Kobe，你覺得運動員來參加奧運，是否應該得到相應的報酬？”


  Kobe想了一下，回答說：

“我覺得大家來到這裡，是因為我們心甘情願，享受比賽的樂趣。

  關於這點，相信很多參加奧運的選手都有共識。

  我們不能因為沒有報酬就不來了，而是真心希望能為國效力。”

 "There's some truth to that (but) we're all here because we enjoy playing.

  A lot of us probably share the same opinion.


  It's not like we're saying we're not going to play if you don't pay us.

  還有記者問到:

  2004年的雅典奧運會，夢六隊只得到一枚銅牌，

  因此四年後的夢八隊獲得了“救贖之隊”的稱號。

  那麼這支夢十隊的主題又是什麼呢？


 “這應該是你們記者的工作，幫我們想一個吧！”Kobe 笑著說，

 “2008年時的'救贖之隊'也是你們想出來的。”

 “對於這支夢十隊，我們現在還沒有一個確切的稱號。”
