lift 應該是幫助，不是 gift 喔

: 「在這個打席上，我覺得手感回來了」阿布說。阿布從.228的打擊率回升到

plate 是指本壘板，at the plate 對打者來說也就是站上打擊區的意思
所以這裡可以翻成「我覺得站上打擊區的感覺好多了」
這是對應阿布從前陣子的低潮中回神，而不只是單指某一個打席
pitches 是投球，不是投手喔，阿布是說他看很多球獲得保送
應該可以直接翻「我仔細地選球，獲得了一些保送」
阿布前陣子的低潮連選球眼都不見了，所以能選到保送也是他回神的證明
能夠選球選到保送，也能打出安打，當然站在打擊區的感覺一定是比之前好多囉
