→ jason0925:落枕 顧名思義就是睡覺時，頭的姿勢偏差導致頸肩部疼痛
→ jason0925:解決落枕的最好方法 不是看中醫 也不是針灸
→ jason0925:落枕時，睡覺時請趴著睡，右肩痛頭便朝右，相反之則向左
→ jason0925:基本上用這種方法一覺醒來落枕的不適可以好7成以上
