Another injured Yankee, starter Chien-Ming Wang, threw 72 pitches in the
extended spring training game — plus another 13 throws in the bullpen —
allowing no runs and three hits in five innings.

According to Girardi, Wang was throwing 91 miles an hour with good action
on his sinker. He is scheduled to throw 100 pitches in five days and could
pitch for one of the Yankees’ minor league affiliates. After that, Girardi
said, it is conceivable that Wang could return. He was 0-3 with a 34.50
earned run average in three starts, clearly needing more time to recover
from a foot injury that had caused weakness in his hips.

今天表現：五局三安打無失分，共投72球，外加下場後在牛棚加投13球。

吉總說：王建民的伸卡球在91mile跑，很有尾勁。
王建民預計休息四天後在投一場比賽大約投100球左右，可能是在洋基的小聯盟隊伍。
吉總說，王建民可能可以在下一場投完後，回到隊上。

王建民今年成績零勝三敗，防禦率34.50，很明顯的需要更多時間去調整，
因去年的腳傷導致他臀部肌力不足。
