然後名單中還有一個先發投手，
06年賽揚獎投票第二名、生涯初賽95場就有54勝20敗，防禦率 3.79
曾在美聯東區季後賽投過四場先發，
而且現在才29歲而已!!

沒錯，這人就是王建民，昨天洋基決定放掉的投手。

: when he tore a tendon and ligament in his right foot while running the bases
: in Houston. He missed the rest of that season and was just awful when he
: returned in 2009, going 1-6 with a 9.64 ERA. He suffered a shoulder injury on

2008/07/15之前在美聯他是最好的先發投手之一
後來在休士頓比賽的時候跑壘受傷，
剩下季賽都沒法出賽，一直到2009年終於能初賽的時候，
結果投得很慘，1勝6敗防禦率9.64。
後來07/04又肩傷動手術，然後就沒上場投過球了。

他春訓的時候洋基以腳傷為由禁止他跑步，
結果讓他有95mile的下盤整個弱掉，然後肩膀為了彌補球速，投久就受傷了

: Now that the shoulder is repaired, Wang is hopeful of returning to the majors
: by late May or early June. Shoulder injuries are tricky and this is the
: second time Wang has needed surgery. But if he can come back to even 80
: percent of what he once was, he would be a helpful piece.
那既然肩膀復健快好了，他有希望能在五月底或者六月初上場。
肩傷成因其實都蠻複雜的，而且他還開了兩次刀。
但若他能復原到原本80%的功力，就已經是可用之材。

: Then there this: Wang is not leaving the Yankees on particularly good terms
: and would be motivated to prove them wrong.
: Wang was 19-7, 3.70 in 2007. But the Yankees took him to an arbitration

其實如果洋基給的條件夠好，小王也不會想離開，
只是既然已經這樣了，那小王應該也會很想證明洋基做了錯誤的決定。
2007年他投出19勝7敗，3.70自責的好成績，
但洋基為了區區60萬美金的薪資，還是不惜走上薪資仲裁庭。

: Wang resented that at the time and still does. Wang reportedly turned down a
: split contract from the Yankees and according to Fox Sports, there are
: already six teams showing interest in him, including the Cardinals.
: The Red Sox would be smart to take a look. Wang would love to stay in the
: Northeast, there's a Taiwanese community in the area and he would welcome the
: chance to pitch against the Yankees.
那時候小王就很不爽了，一直到現在應該都還在不爽…
而且根據報導，王建民先前拒絕了洋基的「非正式大聯盟合約」
(該合約保證一旦建仔完全恢復健康，會自動轉成一個大聯盟的合約)
然後Fox體育台也說已經有六隊MLB隊伍在向小王招手了。

紅襪最好仔細考慮考慮，
因為王建民應該很想待在美聯東區，
那邊有台灣同鄉會，而且他應該很想要給老東家顏色瞧瞧。

紅襪想增強輪值深度的話，那小王應該是再適合不過的人選。
