舉火箭人Clemens的例子總可以吧,他現在還在投球
雖然他前兩年的投球局數不算太多,但是他第一次得賽揚獎時才24歲,投了254局
次年又投了281局,拿下第二座賽揚獎
當時他和Gooden都是被專家認為可能在25歲之前投球過量的投手
不過火箭人一直到現在還投的虎虎生風
王建民已經超過25歲,算是進入成熟期
且他也不是那種平均每局用球數很多的投手
投個200局對他應該不會有太大負面影響
