XD 感謝學長的講義~~XD~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~衝衝衝 2000 Taipei International Choral Festival Lecture "Vocal Technique" Prof. Kurt Suttner/ Michael Suttner 中譯 王守誠 Singing is the interplay of the following elements: The inner musical imagination The auditory perception The emotional expression The physiological process of sound production 唱歌是由下列幾個元素共同作用產生的: 內心對音樂的想像 聽覺 感情的傳達 聲音產生的生理過程 The human voice consists of three main parts The lungs providing the energy (the flow of air) = Compressor The vocal folds producing the vibrations = Oscillator The mouth cavity amplifying and refining the sound = Resonator 人聲由三個主要的部分產生 肺部提供力量(空氣的流動)= 壓縮機 聲帶及肌肉的運作產生振動= 發振器 口腔擴大音量並使聲音更好聽= 共鳴器 Please note: Many mistakes in singing are caused by wrong posture and poor respiration. 請注意:歌唱中有許多錯誤是由於錯誤的姿勢以及呼吸方式所造成。 Tips for right posture and breathing: 正確的姿勢及呼吸的訣竅: -Sit and stand in an upright position. -Feel as if your head would be suspended on the ceiling. -Feel as if you would play tennis, in order to be able to react quickly. -Feel the difference between tension and relaxation. You need a good balance between both of them. -Keep your music in a way that you do not have to bow down your head when reading. -Pay attention to bad habits while breathing:rising shoulder - poor posture of spine and neck. 站及坐腰背都要挺直。 感覺頭懸於樑,或是說'我還要長高'。 感覺就像在打網球、桌球、A式快攻、第一時間射門或貼身防守,隨時隨地準備快速的反 擊。 能去感覺緊張及放鬆的不同,對這兩者要有很好的平衡感。 保持腰挺直,不彎腰去閱讀。 對呼吸時錯誤的姿勢要能提高警覺,如聳肩,代表脊椎及脖子的姿勢錯誤。 Exercises: -Stretch your arms upwards and yawn heartily. -Have your lower jaw hanging down while lifting up your soft palate. Now take a deep breath. -Smell the scent of a freshly cut flower. -Take a breath and pant like a dog. -Imagine to have a kind of sponge in your stomach which is filled up with air while inhaling. -Stretch your arms upwards while inhaling. Exhaling while producing a soft "ssss" and keep your arms lifted up. -Rise your chest while exhaling. 向上伸展手臂並深深的打個呵欠。 當抬起軟顎時讓下顎放鬆,然後來個深呼吸。 像是聞到剛採下來的鮮花香味。 像小狗喘氣般的呼吸。 當吸氣時,想像你的腹部如海綿般充滿著空氣。 吸氣時向上伸展手臂,吐氣時發出ㄙ的聲音,並保持手臂舉起。 吸氣時雙頰揚起。 Right posture and breathing meet the requirements for healthy singing. Breath control and tonal control are twin, each interacting, one on the other. 正確的姿勢及呼吸才能確保唱歌是健康的,呼吸的控制及聲音的控制是一體之兩面,息息 相關相互影響著。 In connection with posture and breath management we bring our resonator (mouth cavity, tongue, lips, lower jaw, soft palate) in a good position. 姿勢及呼吸關係著我們共鳴器官是否處於正確的位置。 Basic rules: 1. The tongue lays within the mouth like a spoon. 2. The lower jaw is very loose and relaxed. 3. The soft palate is a bit tense, very often in a high position. 4. The lips feel a kind of tension (as if we would try to hold a small fruit in between) 基本原則: 1. 舌頭在嘴裡平放如湯匙。 2. 下顎放鬆。 3. 軟口蓋有些緊,且通常處於高的位置。 4. 嘴唇會感覺到一些張力,如同試著去含一粒較小的水果。 The sound production of the human voice originates from a permanent combination of three functional processes: 人所發出正確的聲音是由三種口腔內的混合運作所產生 "Dampening"= soft palate lifted, yawning, vowel position of "Oo"(like "room") 包住聲音=軟口蓋上提,打呵欠,ㄨ的母音位置 "Closing"= lower jaw closed, vowel position of "Ee" (like "meat") 關閉=下顎閉起,一的母音位置 "Opening"= lower jaw opened, vowel position of "Ah" (like "dark") 打開=下顎張開,ㄚ的母音位置 Dampening increases the length of the vocal chords and amplifies dark frequencies of the voice. 聲音包住會增加聲帶的長度並加強音色較暗的聲音。 Closing shortens the length of the vocal chords and amplifies high frequencies of the voice. 下顎閉起會讓聲帶長度縮短並加強較高音色的聲音。 Opening increases the length and thickness of the vocal chords and amplifies high frequencies and leads to greater volume of the voice. 下顎張開可以增加聲帶的長度及厚度並加強較高的音色的聲音,同時能讓聲音的音量更大 。 Exercises for "Dampening"(important for the whole compass of the voice and for singing piano) 包住聲音的練習,對所有音域都重要,特別是在唱弱音時。 -Yawn, sigh and groan -Use the articulation of plosive:"mbo"-"mbo" notice three phases:preparation -accumulation -explosion -"Glissando exercise" for avoiding the register break -打呵欠,嘆氣,申吟 -清楚的發出爆裂音,要注意三個階段:準備;累積;爆發 -'滑音練習',避免高低音連接造成的音色改變 Exercises for "Closing" (important for singing in middle and low pitch) 下顎閉起的練習,對唱中或低的音調特別重要 -Singing scales up and down on the vowel "Ee" ("meat", "be", "sea") -Use the "Ee-tongue" (tongue bulging towards the hard palate) to control the posture of closing -Change the vowels without giving up the posture of closing (only in low and middle pitch) -以一的母音往上及往下唱音階 -將舌頭向硬口蓋鼓起去控制下顎閉起的姿勢 -在中及低的音域,以不改變下顎閉起的姿勢轉換母音 Exercises for "Opening" (important for singing in high pitch and with great volume) 下顎張開的練習,對以大聲唱高音非常重要 -Singing scales up and down on the vowel "Ah" ("dark", "calm", "garden") -Use the "Ah-tongue" (tongue like a spoon) for controlling the posture of opening -Change the vowel without giving up the posture of opening (only in middle and high pitch) -以ㄚ的母音往上及往下唱音階 -使舌頭向湯匙般的形狀去控制下顎張開的姿勢 -在中及高的音域,以不改變下顎張開的姿勢轉換母音 Exercises for mixing up the three function = Equalizing the vowels throughout the voice's compass (Equalizing the vowels means the possibility of singing different vowels without changing the spectrum of the sound) 三種作用的混合練習,也就是在所有音域的母音都能經過調整,有一致的位置,在唱不同 母音時不需要改變聲音的顏色。 1. Closing + Dampening (exercises in middle and low pitch) 下顎關閉加上聲音包住的練習,用於中及低的音高。 -"Polite yawning" ( try on different vowels) -Singing "Ee" without dampening, continue singing "Ee" while lifting the soft palate. -Change from "Ee" ( with dampening) to other vowels in order to keep the sound spectrum Ee'Eh / Ee'Oo / Ee'Oh / Ee'Ah -Singing Oo without opening the lower jaw and change into other vowels Oo'Ee / Oo'Eh / Oo'Oh / Oo'Ah -'文雅的打呵欠',以不同的母音嘗試發出聲音 -先以不包住的聲音唱一,然後持續唱著並抬高軟顎 -從一的母音改變到其他母音,並保持聲音的亮度 -以不張開下顎的方式唱ㄨ,並改變至其他母音 2. Opening + Dampening: 下顎張開加上聲音包住: -Smile and yawn at the same time ( try on different vowels) -Glissando exercise on Ah combined with feeling of yawning -Sing a crescendo: Ee ' Eh ' Ay -Sing a crescendo: Oo ' Oh ' Ah 微笑並同時打呵欠,可試用不同的母音 ㄚ的滑音練習,並想像帶有打呵欠的感覺 兩種漸強的練習 3. Closing + Dampening + Opening: 三種一起: -Glissando exercise from low pitch to high pitch: start on Oh (lower jaw closed) and end up with Ah (mouth widely opened). The dampening should be strengthened while going up. -Exercises for flexibility, power and range of the voice (low pitch = closing / high = opening) -"messa di voce"-swelling and diminishing the sound volume -從低音到高音的滑音練習,以ㄛ(下顎關起)開始,以ㄚ(嘴巴張開)結束,越高音則包住 的聲音要越強 -彈性、力度、音域的練習,低音以下顎關起的方式;高音以下顎張開 -音量增加及減少的練習 Pronunciation:"Oo" as in English "room" / "Oh" as in "boy" /Ah as in "father"/ "Ay" as in "bay" / "Eh" as in "bed" / "Ee" as in "meet"/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 222.157.164.191
