2.What is effectiveness?
有效;有力
◎ effectiveness, effectivity, effectualness, effectuality --
(power to be effective;the quality of being able to bring about an effect)
◎ potency, effectiveness, strength --
(capacity to produce strong physiological or chemical effects;
"the toxin's potency"; "the strength of the drinks")
3.Can you tell the different between efficiency and effectiveness?
What is the different?
效能是成果與目標的關係,也就是實際產出成果達到預定目標的程度；
而效率則是輸出和輸入的關係,亦即輸出和輸入的比值。
效能的高低,例如水果刀及果皮削刀,大部份的人不擅用水果刀直接削蘋果,
而是用削刀,以一個不擅用水果刀削蘋果的人來說,水果刀還是可以產生效能,
但是比起削刀來講,比較慢。
如果是兩個人同樣要削蘋果，使用同樣的工具-水果刀(同樣效能)，在一小時後，
甲完成了四十顆，而乙完成了五十顆，這樣來講，乙比甲要有效率，你也可以這麼講，
甲乙兩人同時各削十顆蘋果，結果乙比甲要早完成，那麼乙就是比較有效率。
∴ 不同的是，效能指的是有沒有效果，而效率指的是效果好不好。
