英文定義:(1)the ratio of the output to the input of any system;
(2)skillfulness in avoiding wasted time and effort
What is effectiveness?
效能
中文定義:系統發揮應有功能和達成預定目標的程度
英文定義:(1)power to be effective;
(2)the quality of being able to bring about an effect
2.Can you tell the difference between efficiency and effectiveness?
What is the difference?
效能是成果與目標的關係，也就是實際產出成果達到預定目標的程度；
而效率則是輸出和輸入的關係，亦即輸出和輸入的比值。
