What is effectiveness?

有效 power to be effective; the quality of being able to bring about an effect
2.Can you tell the difference between efficiency and effectiveness?
What is the difference?
Efficiency:把事情作對do the thing right
Effectiveness:做對的事情do the right thing
簡單來說，效率就是用最小的資源達到最大的效益。有效就是選定有用的目標，使用資源。
Ex:(假設這邊的資源=金錢)
我要組裝一台電腦，我要用最小的成本來組裝一台好電腦，那我就要去跟店家比價、殺價，efficiency。
那我今天要組裝一台電腦，先要考慮這台電腦的用途是什麼，玩遊戲、做動畫、文書，在依照用途購買電腦。
