第二個禮拜的病歷:
The 25 years old male student, Mr.Chen last week was brought to CS hosipital
because of the sudden occipital part pain as well as the paresthesia below
the cervial level.The paresthesia has been lasted for about 1 month and this
is the third onset of headache in his life.
The patient complained the pain make him most uncomfortable when lying down
and to be unable to sleep.
He has not had the traffic accident injure or harm from exercise before
but needs the long time to sit.
Now his walking entails strenuous effort and the the abnormality of sensory
test is present in cervical level
and from T4 level to toe.
The patient said that he cant control the muscle strenth when grasping
the object and had general rigid muscle sensation.
No fever are present.
Neurological examination revealed decrease of right arm deep tendon reflex
but others increased.
The right abdomen superficial reflex diminished.
