But if you release the modified version to the public in some way, the GPL
requires you to make the modified source code available to the program's users,
under the GPL.
也就是說，你不需要將你的 source code 公開給沒有使用你的程式的使用者

source code 並不一定要免費供給，你可以定價為與你的程式相同價格或以下
但是別人拿到以後還是可以免費送出

你有權利選擇你的Source不公開讓別人免費Download
你有權利選擇沒付錢的人就沒辦法download你的軟體
但是你賣產品同時一定要release source給跟你買的人
而且買的人拿到你的code之後
可以自由修改，自由販賣，或是免費送出你的source code
這些都是GPL允許的
