Mami Ch 1:40-1:45
1:40 And a magica who's gem is dark came to Her, going down on her knees before Her, made a request, saying, if it is your pleasure, you have the power to make my soul gem clean.
1:41 And being moved with pity, She put out Her hand, and touching her gem said to her, It is my pleasure; be made clean.
1:42 And straight away the darkness went from the gem, and the gem was made clean.
1:43 And She sent her away, saying to her very sharply.
1:44 See that you say nothing to any man: but go and let the Puella Magis see your gem, and make yourself clean by an offering of the Grief Seed ordered by QB, for a witness to them.
1:45 But she went out, and made it public, giving an account of it everywhere, so that Madoka was no longer able to go openly into a time, but was outside in the waste universe; and they came to Her from every part.
