原本還沒整合到微軟帳號前
你自己可以在遊戲中關閉chat導致這種錯誤

但是整合到微軟帳號後有個新功能(分頁) Privacy & online safety
可以決定能否跟Xbox live以外的玩家進行語音與文字通訊
