在車上不小心(?)紅了眼眶，所以只好貼出來炸別人...

Well, when i was 4, my dad bought a trusty XBox.
我四歲的時候，我老爸買了台Xbox.
you know, the first, ruggedy, blocky one from 2001.
你知道的，就是那個2001年出的結實塊狀物。
we had tons and tons and tons of fun playing all kinds of games together -
我們一起玩了很多遊戲，而且玩的很開心，
until he died, when i was just 6.
直到我六歲他去世了為止。

i couldnt touch that console for 10 years.
在那之後的十年，我無法再去碰它。

but once i did, i noticed something.

we used to play a racing game, Rally Sports Challenge.

yep, you guessed it - his ghost still rolls around the track today.
是的，你猜對了，我爸的幽靈至今仍然在賽道上奔馳著。

and so i played and played, and played,
於是我一遍又一遍的挑戰，
untill i was almost able to beat the ghost.
直到我漸漸的快要追上這隻幽靈，
until one day i got ahead of it, i surpassed it, and...~
終於有一天我超過了它，然後...

i stopped right in front of the finish line,
just to ensure i wouldnt delete it.
Bliss.
我在終點線前停了下來，以確保我不會將它刪除。
