4. 輸入註冊資料
(1) First Name，Last Name
(2) Email Address
(3) PassWord
(4) 勾選I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
(5) 點 Create My Account 按鈕

5. 點選 Polls 頁

6. 點選 Create New Poll

7. 輸入投票內容
(1)輸入Poll Questions
(2)輸入選項
(3)要[1R]讓投票可複選[/]，勾[1Y]Allow multiple selections[/]
(4)要[1R]讓答案不照順序[/]，勾[1Y]Randomize answer order[/]
(5)要[1R]加入其他，由使用者輸入選項[/]，勾[1Y]Allow users to enter their own
answer[/]

(6)要在期限後關閉投票，下拉選[1R]Poll Closing[/]
(7)要即時顯示投票結果，圈選Results
(8)要防止多重投票，圈選Repeat Voters
(9)要輸入使用者意見，圈選Comments

8. 點選 [1L]Create Poll[/] 建立投票

將出現 [1Y]Embed Link[/] 視窗如下。

9. 選擇 [1Y]Flash Poll[/]。

10. 複製右邊的代碼
