在職場中完全百分之一百照著Pence Rule規則走 經理既保護他自己也保護這位女士
對公司商譽與家庭關係是百分之百負責任的



在meToo風潮前
美國前副總統彭斯在一次演講中提到Pence Rule
這個徹底劃分嚴守分際距離的應對規則時 被各家媒體恥笑
而在meToo風潮後反而風向一改 變成非常正確值得參考的職場明哲保身的應對守則
