[問題] OVERWATCH商標的問題

比較知名的商標爭議是 Word Mark ｢OVERWATCH｣字樣

已經在 2013/09/05 被另一家遊戲公司申請

商品描述是｢Downloadable computer game｣

媒體有報導 Blizzard 成功取得這個商標的使用權

所以被更新成了這個

但我關心的不是文字商標，而是圖樣商標

一直覺得鬥陣特攻的商標很眼熟，設計特徵好像在哪裡看過

｢倒三角形的圖樣和上半矩形缺口的圓形組成的覘孔｣

然後終於找到了

和 Overwatch 的 image trademark 做個比較

好像有點像又有點不像

Goods and Services的確有重疊，假設雙方都認為對方侵權
