Special Traits:

- For the Emperor!: Unhappiness from number of cities halved; all military
units require 25% less XP to earn a promotion.

leader. This is a war based civ.

Special Traits:

- WRAAAAAGH!: Gains Culture for the empire from each enemy unit killed.
Receive triple Gold from Barbarian encampments and pillaging Cities.
