    Florentia Fail In Bid To Change Name

     Florentia Viola have failed in a bid to revert back to their historic
name of Fiorentina.

     The Italian Office of Patents and Trademarks refused the request, with
the government office saying the trademark 'Fiorentina' was 'too generic'.

The club now plan to appeal the decision.
