Capello on weight watcher duty

Fabio Capello took charge of his first training session
with Real Madrid today and admitted that
he had already issued a “get in shape” warning
to increasingly-rotund marksman Antonio Cassano.
Responding to a barrage of questions from the Press regarding
the fitness of Cassano and Ronaldo, Don Fabio explained:
“I don't know if they are fat, I haven't seen them for a while,
I'll weigh them as soon as I can.
談到胖子雙人組 Ronaldo、Cassano，Capello說：
「我不知道他們肥不肥，我有一陣子沒看到他們了，
等我看到他們我會盡快把他們綁起來秤斤兩。」
“All I'll say is two things,” continued the 60-year-old boss.
“Firstly, TV puts weight on you and secondly,
my assistant has already told Cassano to come back in better shape.”
「我只想說兩件事，第一，電視會讓人看起來比較胖，
第二，我已經請我的助理告訴 Cassano該重新調整體型了。」
（耶？Ronaldo不重新調整體型嗎？）
Capello is expected to get the best out of the Italian wizard
who has failed to live up to his potential
since his Liga switch in January.
Cassano, who worked wonders under Capello while both at Roma,
has struggled for form and has often been criticised by fans
and media for his figure.
Meanwhile, Capello has also called for Azzurri captain
Fabio Cannavaro to follow him and make the move
from the Stadio Delle Alpi to the Bernabeu.
“Cannavaro was the best player at the World Cup,”
insisted the ex-Juve tactician. “Now I want him here at Madrid:
he's such a reliable player and a true leader.”
談 Cannavaro，Capello說：「Cannavaro是世界盃上表現最好的球員，
現在我希望他來馬德里，他是個值得信賴的真正領導者。」
The Spanish giants are rumoured to be preparing bids
for a number of Juve stars should the Calciopoli scandal
send the Bianconeri into Serie B or C.
